Price matching regrettably is not something we offer. We work on margins that keep us in business to serve you our customers. Price matching does not create we feel a good user experience. Whilst we are not the cheapest nor are we the most expensive. But we carefully select ranges towards the high end of the market where we feel other things like customer service, product knowledge and talking to a human being actually outweigh saving the odd £50 or so. We also have a physical business where we pay rent and staff unlike some online vendors who hide behind the world wide web and you don’t really know who you are dealing with. Now with that said whilst we would love your business just like anybody else, we can offer some flexibility on our prices. However, in the event of any discrepancy the company’s decision is final.
All products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated. Please check the warranty length on individual product types.
After installation, the product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Luxury Taps can not be held responsible for any errors in the installation of the product. We always recommend you use a qualified and certified professional.

Delivery is to any mainland UK address. If you live in the The Highlands, Channel Islands, Ireland, Isle of Man or any other UK non mainland area, please contact us for delivery charges. We aim to dispatch your order to you within 5 working days from date of order. However, certain special order items may take up to 10 working days from date of order.
Any delivery date given by Luxury Taps is an approximate date and does not form part of any contract with the customer. Delivery dates can not be confirmed until the morning of the scheduled delivery. Luxury Taps can not be held responsible for any expense incurred by the customer for a non delivery.
Deliveries are carried out by our transport, independent carriers or by the manufacturers themselves. Some orders may be delivered in more than one drop.
Whilst we make every reasonable effort to deliver promptly and within the expected time frame, there maybe situations beyond Luxury Taps control which we cannot be held responsible for. We will make every effort to keep you informed as soon as we are made aware of any situation that will effect your delivery.
Change of Delivery Date By Recipient
If delivery is carried out on our 24hour carrier, a notification e mail will be sent to the recipient on the day of delivery giving a 1 hour delivery slot. If on receipt of this e mail the recipient contacts the carrier to amend the delivery date to a later date, meaning the item/s will then be held by carriers for a period in excess of the 24 hour period, Luxury Taps and UFix can not be held responsible for any damage to the items on receipt.
Please inspect the delivered items as soon as possible after delivery. Any damage or fault/problem with the order must be reported to us, by phone or e mail within 48 hours of delivery, any claim for damages, faults or problems after this time will not be considered. This does not affect your guarantee or statutory rights
The prices quoted are for purchase\delivery of products and does not include any installation/fitting.
We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted/used.
We recommend that you do not arrange dates for any installers\fitters or remove/discard any old kitchen sink or equipment until the new sink equipment has arrived and been checked for damages.
You can cancel your order at any time from point of ordering up to the delivery date, and then within 7 working days from the day after the date of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You can do this by phone, email or in writing. The goods must be returned in perfect saleable condition & unused with their original packaging likewise. Returning the goods is at your own expense and this is non-refundable. If Luxury Taps has to incur the cost of the collecting the goods for whatever reason, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods but the goods will be the customers responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse for examination. By asking ourselves to collect the goods you accept this condition. The full amount for the returned goods, minus any deduction for collection, will be refunded within 30 days of the date of cancellation notification using the original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you wish to return an item that is not an error on our part, and/or the situation is not covered by the above paragraph on cancellations, then again the goods must be returned in perfect saleable condition & unused with their original packaging. Returning the goods is at your own expense and this is non-refundable. We might have to ask the manufacturer to accept it back and this can incur a re-stocking charge which may be as high as 30% of the value of the goods. Please ensure that you are ordering precisely what you require to avoid any unnecessary expense later. All items are to be returned within 7 days from date of delivery after this time no returns will be accepted. Any delivery costs charged will not be refunded.
Please note where free delivery is given, if any item on the order is returned for any reason other than damage then the sum of £30.00 (standard delivery fee) will be deducted from the refund.
Any spares or accessories ordered cannot be returned if you have made an error. Plumbing kits ordered with sinks are sold on a non return basis. Please make sure you are ordering precisely what you require.
Credit Cards – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. When you place your order we take full payment for the goods. If for some reason there is going to be an extended delay in delivery you can have the opportunity to cancel the order with a full refund, or we can credit your card until the goods are available. Otherwise your order is committed and delivery will take place without further reference to us apart from contacting you with a delivery date.
Cheques or Postal Orders – We also accept cheques or postal orders, However all cheques must clear the bank before the order will be processed.

The transaction on your credit card statement will be shown as UFix Ltd.
After you have made your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep the email for your records
Any refund due on returned or cancelled goods, will processed within 28 working days from receipt of cancellation/returned goods. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded.
